We, Stones of Fire, operate the Wellness Pro mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information Collection and Use

We do not collect personal or sensitive data except as required for subscription management. The only data types collected are:

  • Purchase History: Used to manage your subscription status.

  • User ID: Used to associate subscription status with your user account.

These are stored securely using Apple’s systems and are not used for any other purpose.

Types of Data Not Collected

We do not collect or store the following:

  • Personal Identifiable Information (name, email, address, etc.)

  • Usage Data (app interaction metrics)

  • Tracking or Cookies Data

Use of Data

We only use limited data (Purchase History, User ID) to:

  • Confirm active subscriptions

  • Provide appropriate access to premium features

  • Manage billing and subscription status via App Store

Facial Expression Detection

The Wellness Pro app uses ARKit to detect facial expressions in real-time to enhance the user experience by playing musical notes based on expressions. This feature runs entirely on your device. No face data is collected, stored, transmitted, or shared with third parties.

Movement Tracking

Wellness Pro uses Vision to track real-time body movement and translate motion into music. This is performed entirely on-device. No data is collected, stored, or shared. We do not use TrueDepth APIs for data collection.

Subscription Terms and Pricing

Wellness Pro offers a 7-day free trial, after which the subscription is $4.99 per month. Your iTunes account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your iOS Account Settings.

  • Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Required Subscription Disclosure Text

“Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.”

Transfer and Disclosure of Data

We do not transfer, store, or disclose personal data. Since we only use subscription-related identifiers via Apple’s secure systems, no third-party or legal disclosure is applicable.

Security of Data

No personal data is collected; therefore, there is no risk of user data exposure. However, should any future updates require data collection, we will update this policy accordingly and ensure industry-standard protections are in place.

Service Providers

We do not employ third-party service providers for analytics, storage, or subscription handling. All payment and subscription management is done securely through Apple’s App Store infrastructure.
